| Description | DEERE DIESEL 6068 (Prototype PowrTech) ENGINE naturally aspirated 105-130hp near new condition (used 488 hours as emissions test engine at U. of Wisconsin, Houghton campus 1996, then stored until purchased at auction, and not used since). Partially marinized recently with addition of Deere marine exhaust manifold with coolant header tank incorporated. Includes rebuilt starter and flywheel. Was being set up for keel cooling (no heat exchanger insert for exhaust manifold). Easy to complete conversion. This engine was slated for installation in Silver Star. Engine is currently in dry storage in Pasadena, California, fitted to a steel pallet bolted soundly to a heavy duty two-wheel trailer. $30.00 charge for delivery to any freight company in Los Angeles County. Delivery by road trip to Seattle a possibility. Also have Borg Warner adapter plate and flex plate and brand new Borg Warner 2:54:1 hydraulic transmission and 1.81:1 rebuilt Borg Warner transmission available separately. Call for pics by email.
