| Description | After owning and enjoying her for some 8 years, I have reluctantly decided to put my Ed Monk Sr. conversion, 'New Rosa,' up for sale due to my wife's health problems. (We hope to purchase a boat with one main living level that will be easier for her to negotiate.) The boat was built in 1998 and is therefore almost new, as wooden boats go. The vessel is heavily built, very sea worthy, and quite efficient, consuming just 2 gph at 8 knots. I am asking $95,000 Canadian. According to what I was told by U.S. customs officials, the boat could be imported into the U.S. for a very small fee ($20), since she was built in California.
