General Meeting Minutes

Historically, NO organization has been the basis of our association. We have no constitution, board of directors or other structured forms of organization. This seems to continue to work for our group and the new members who join us. It is also probably the reason why so many continue to attend our events.

Twice each year, at our Spring & Fall rendezvous, our president conducts an informal meeting of the members. During the meeting Robert whats-his-name’s Rules of Order are no where in evidence. Despite (or more probably because of) this, the meetings serve to address the concerns of the members and to manage the direction of the association extremely well. Annually, a president, treasurer and secretary are elected to serve the association for the following year by the members attending the WWBA Fall Rendezvous.
